Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are 12–15 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept physical returns.
However, we aim to remain fair and transparent with our customers and therefore offer partial refunds in certain cases.
Partial Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a review of your case.
Approved refunds may be issued as a partial refund of up to 20% of the product price.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests are evaluated case by case and issued at our discretion.
